When setting up Bank Feeds, you might receive the error as below, even though you didn’t cancel the sign-in process.

Resolution

You will need to log on to your bank’s Online Banking website with your credentials. There will likely be a screen that does not usually appear when you log in, before seeing your account overview or account transactions. This will be something like updating contact information, new terms and conditions, or marketing information that you need to dismiss or acknowledge.

If you are using a cellphone app to authenticate the login, we advise that you check if there are any notifications that come up on the app when setting up Bank Feeds. You will also need to dismiss or acknowledge them.
